If you or anyone in your household becomes ill before your appointment within 7 days prior to your appointment you will not be able to attend. please call the salon to reschedule.

  •  We are taking a £10 deposit on all styling services and at £30 deposit on all chemical treatments services on booking to secure your appointment.
  • We cannot take the booking until the deposit has been paid. If you are unable to attend the booking fee is non refundable but can be changes if 24hours notice is given.
  • Unfortunately, Treatment prices have temporarily had to be increased due to additional Ppe costs & extended appointment times.
  • When you arrive at the salon wearing a mask is compulsory. We can provide these for yourselves at £1 cost.
  • If you decide to bring your own, please insure it is a mask that fixes behind your ears and not the back of your head.
  • We can’t allow clients to wear gloves in the salon. There will be hand sanitiser points on entry and throughout the salon. We ask you sanitise your hand on entry.
  • When you arrive at the salon please wait in your car and call the salon to let us know you have arrived. If you have arrived on foot please wait outside or call the salon when you arrive.
  • There is no longer a waiting area in the salon. So please arrive on time to your appointment, if you arrive 10 minutes or more late there will be a £5 charge.
  • We have put the new salon guidelines in place so that your appointment can run as safely and as relaxing as what you are normally used to when you visit the salon.
  • Children’s procedure Children over 5 must wear a mask.
  • We now have a one adult one child policy on all children’s appointments, which mean if you have more than one child only one can come into the salon at any one time unless they’re booked in with multiple stylists.
